No commercial use is allowed without the permission of Proimageteam. You will be legally responsible if they are used for commercial purposes without purchasing the commercial rights.
The STUDIO comprises all the photographs that you take in the studio set up on the backstage (background) with an average duration of 5 minutes, for personal use in JPEG formats.
Only one studio session per athlete.
You will receive an email with your images in digital jpeg format via Wetransfer or similar.
Please allow up to 14 business days for photos.
You will need an email address, computer and adequate WiFi speed to download your images. In the email you will receive the deadline you have to download / backup your material before it is deleted from the server. If you want the studio photos to be re-uploaded after the time has expired, you will incur an administration fee of €20.
The email/link may be sent to the spam/junk folder. So please check these folders before sending emails stating that you have not received the images. We do not issue refunds for no-shows, you are paying for our service and using our intellectual property, therefore no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
After 2 months of the contest, all material will be eliminated and cannot be purchased.
