The package of stage photographs + studio + presentation video consists of STAGE PHOTOGRAPHS with all the images captured during the athlete's participation on stage, whether in the personal presentation, comparatives, routine (if any) and awards. Photographs are for personal use only and will be delivered in JPEG format. The STUDIO comprises all the photographs that you take in the studio mounted on the backstage (background) with an average duration of 5 minutes, for personal use in JPEG formats. The PRESENTATION VIDEO comprises a short video captured during the athlete's presentation when he first enters the stage, in MPG4 formats.
This package only refers to one category per athlete, in case the athlete participates in more than one category, the registration of the first category in which he participated will always be sent. If you want another specific category and not the first one, you will have to order it only after the test. EXTRA CATEGORY CAN ONLY BE PURCHASED FOR STAGE PHOTOS, as the athlete only makes a single individual presentation. ONLY ONE STUDIO SESSION.
No commercial use is allowed without the permission of Proimageteam. You will be legally responsible if they are used for commercial purposes without purchasing the commercial rights.
You will receive first and in different emails your images in digital jpeg format via Wetransfer or similar. Please allow up to 14 business days for photos. Later, separately, you will receive the video, as it takes longer to produce it. You will need an email address, computer and adequate WiFi speed to download your images. In the email you will receive the deadline you have to download / backup your video before it is deleted from the server. If you want the stage, studio or video photos to be re-uploaded after the time has expired, you will incur an administration fee of €20 for each service. After 2 months of the test, all material will be deleted and cannot be purchased.
The email/link may be sent to the spam/junk folder. So please check these folders before sending emails stating that you have not received the images. We do not issue refunds for no-shows, you are paying for our service and using our intellectual property, therefore no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
